This property is a ruin in the town center of Arta, where we can no longer even preserve the walls of the house and are not only renovating it, but completely rebuilding it. The house will be built according to the culture of the area. The special feature will be the central patio of almost 30 m2, around which all the living and sleeping areas will wrap up to the glazed pool on the roof, which can also be seen from below. As soon as you enter the house, you are confronted by large glass elements that can be opened completely to reveal a wall of water, which, in addition to the beautiful incidence of light, creates freshness in summer. All rooms will have an en-suite bathroom.
