Townhouse core refurbishment / new build in Arta I (Carrer Sorteta)
This property is a ruin in the town center of Arta, where we can no longer even preserve the walls of the house and are not only renovating it, but completely rebuilding it. The house will be built according to the culture of the area. The special feature will be the central patio of almost 30 m2, around which all the living and sleeping areas will wrap up to the glazed pool on the roof, which can also be seen from below. As soon as you enter the house, you are confronted by large glass elements that can be opened completely to reveal a wall of water, which, in addition to the beautiful incidence of light, creates freshness in summer. All rooms will have an en-suite bathroom.

Luxury villa in Canyamel
This construction project is a modern villa on a hillside overlooking the bay and the beach in Canyamel. This modern villa leaves nothing to be desired. Despite the modern technical equipment, the house offers two elevators from the garage to the last terrace, of which there are three. Here, we are building large glass surfaces that offer the owners and their guests spectacular views from every room. Naturally, all amenities such as a gym, wine cellar and an open-plan kitchen will be integrated into the living culture.

Muro is a new pearl in the north of the island that is slowly awakening from its slumber. Here we are building a town villa in the town center over several floors, which will be completely open plan and equipped with an elevator to the roof terrace.
Despite the fact that the property is being built very generously, it is not only the large pool in the garden that stands out, but also the roof terrace, which offers a view of the Tramontana as well as the sea.
